What LumoLend is
LumoLend is a mortgage marketplace operated by Honest Casa LLC (NMLS #1566096, CA DRE #02022356) — the company behind HonestCasa. The pricer runs live indicative math across home purchase, refinance, DSCR rental, short-term rental, fix & flip bridge, and HELOC scenarios, with no documents and no login. When you submit a scenario, it goes to a licensed loan officer for review — nothing is auto-approved, and pre-approval letters are issued only after a human has looked at the file.

How we make money
In accordance with RESPA, LumoLend may receive compensation from lending partners when a borrower is matched through the platform. You're never required to use a lender we suggest, and you're always free to shop. Our incentive is simple: scenarios priced honestly convert into closed loans and referrals; scenarios priced with fantasy rates don't survive underwriting — so we don't publish fantasy rates.
